Tips on routine dental care

• Brush your teeth twice a day
• Use proper brushing technique
• Use dental floss to clean interdental areas
• Do not poke Sharp object in between teeth or gums
• Rinse your mouth after every meal
• Chew on sugar free gums
• Avoid sugary or sticky foods especially at night
• Do not ignore senstivity of teeth or bleeding gems
• Get any missing teeth in your mouth replaced with artificial ones
